Okay I admit it, I was 100% f***ing wasted before I had even arrived, and had to leave early to tend to my lady, but MANTLE RULED. It kills me that I missed their new material. However the old material rocked out like a motherf***er. The Hope and Anchor, legendary launch pad for the Sex Pistols and the Rolling Stones has never seen such heart quakingly awesome rockin out. From midway through the first track (intro (bring tha beez)) the crowd was feeling it, by the second track they were getting wild, by the time I had to split the whole place was going insane. I can't even imagine how it ended. This band have it all: stage presence in spades, a crop of incendiary anthemic singles, and a near rabid, break dancing ,stage diving, hard drinking fanbase. Hopefully some exclusive MP3s will be posted here soon, maybe some live material, maybe some new studio kwality new tracks. All gig reports and photos welcome.
